Returns & Exchange Policy:
- ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) NUMBER.
- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will reply via email with your RGA number and return shipping address.
- PLEASE PROVIDE ACCURATE VEHICLE INFORMATION WHEN REQUESTING A RETURN: VIN NUMBER, YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, ENGINE SIZE IN LITERS, TYPE OF TRANSMISSION (OR TRANSFER CASE) AND NUMBER OF SPEEDS. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION
- RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR UP TO 60 DAYS AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE NEW, UNOPENED, UNINSTALLED, UNMODIFIED, INCLUDING ALL PARTS, CLEAN, AND IN ORIGINAL, CLEAN PACKAGING.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR ABUSED, ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, SPECIAL ORDERS, & OPENED ITEMS THAT WERE SHIPPED IN FACTORY SEALED CARTONS.
- RETURNS OVER 30 DAYS FROM DATE PURCHASED ARE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
